BUYING PROCESS
PAYMENT METHOD.
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.
Submit all documents in a Long Brown Envelope with your Name, Contact Number and reserved Block and Lot number in front. Don’t forget to include a copy of your acknowledgement receipt inside the said envelope. All documents should be completed and submitted at least 60 days before equity is Fully PAID. Incomplete documents will not be accepted/received (feel free to have your documents checked once in a while to know lacking documents).
- Fill up the “Inquiry Information Sheet” form. Submit to project site. DEVELOPER will use this information to contact the BUYER.
- Fill up “Letter of Intent” (valid for 7 days) stating the lot and block number. Indicate
PAYMENT METHOD.
- BUYER should pay the NON REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) to the DEVELOPER. All Checks must be issued to J.C. UYECIO
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.
- BUYER will be given an Acknowledgement Receipt for the payment of Reservation fee . The acknowledgement receipt will indicate the Block and Lot number the BUYER has reserved.
- Upon payment of the Reservation Fee, the BUYER will be given the List of Documents needed for their respective choice of Mode of Payment.

- Payment of Equity should start within 15 days after getting of acknowledgement receipt.
- Pay Equity directly to the Developer via PDC Check payable to J.C. UYECIO CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ONLY. Once equity is completely paid by the buyer, that is the only time the documents will be submitted and processed by PAG-‐IBIG or BANK or INHOUSE FINANCING through the DEVELOPER.
- Upon giving Post Dated Checks (PDC) for Equity, CONTRACT TO SELL signing will be simultaneous.
- Within 30 days upon submission of all COMPLETED requirements, a Notice of Approval (NOA) from Financing Institution will be given to the Buyer. The Developer will contact you directly as soon as the Financing Institution releases the NOA.
- Expect a call from the DEVELOPER within 90 days from NOA for Turn over procedures.
